What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM. Any work performed outside of our normal opening times is subject to our Nights/Weekends/Emergency rate. Home users may be exempt from higher rates to better accommodate their schedules. Please contact us for more information.

Do you make home or on-site office visits?
Yes! We want to make things as easy as possible for you. You don’t have to go anywhere, we’ll come to you!

How far will you travel to come on-site?
We have clients all over the country, however, anything outside the Greater Omaha Area will incur a travel charge. Please contact us for additional details.

Do you sell Apple Products?
No. But as avid Apple shoppers ourselves, we do usually know the best places to get the best prices on Apple products. Contact us if you are looking for something and we’ll let you know when and where to buy.

Do you repair broken iPhones/iPads?
Unfortunately, we don’t repair broken iPhone or iPad screens. We recommend contacting the Apple Store to set up a repair appointment.

I have an TECH EMERGENCY! What do I do?
Please call us! If we don’t answer please leave a message, then, call us again within 2 minutes of the first call. This is our standard operating procedure for emergencies so you can connect with us as quickly as possible. Please note that emergency calls and support are subject to higher rates.
